    sTePs
    1. download the file
    2. unrar d file
    3. open the folder
    4. you will see the epsxe icon click it and create a short cut
    5. double click d epsxe icon then it will open then check the file
    then there you can choose run cd rom or run iso if you have a ps1 cd just put the cd in your cdrom then choose cd rom in the epsxe file there you go enjoy playing
